Ingredients: 2 cups flax seeds 1/4 cup chia seeds Filtered water 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds 1/4 cup shelled pumpkin seeds 1/8 cup dried goji berries 1 pear 1 tsp. stevia 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup 100% cherry juice Instructions: Pour flax and chia seeds into a large bowl.
