From playing sports or hiking to a simple walk around the block, there are so many activities you can do that can include everyone. Plus, staying active can help prevent gas and bloating and can improve your digestion.

It’s important to drink responsibly at any family or social event. Enjoy a drink or two, but don’t forget to stay hydratedAlcohol can be very dangerous to your health if you don’t know how to drink safely and responsibly. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to replenish any lost fluids, even if you haven’t consumed any alcohol. If you’ve been playing or it’s a warm day, your body is losing water through sweat. Stay cool, and hydrate to keep the fun going.
Keep Your Health Goals.
It’s easy to enjoy the festivities during Memorial Day weekend. As long as you stay mindful, you’ll be just fine.
