Some Signs that Your Body May Not Be Healthy

If there is an internal problem with our bodies, external signals often show up as a side effect. Sudden changes in the body are often good indicators of problems within. Check for the following signs in particular. Don’t fret if any of these signs are present on your body. Many of the problems they indicate can be treated holistically.
The Whites of the Eyes: The white in the eyes should be white. Yellow can be a sign of jaundice, liver problems and gallbladder, and red could be a sign of high blood pressure or viral disease like conjunctivitis.
Chapped Lips: Chapped lips may be a sign of lack in vitamin B and zinc. If chapped lips are common, the reason may be a fungal infection.
Swollen Neck: If you notice that your neck looks swollen, consult a doctor as soon as possible. Problems with the thyroid gland may be the cause.
Moles (Birthmarks): Although most are harmless and benign, some can be extremely dangerous, particularly those that incurred by sunbathing. If you notice any irregular-shaped or very dark moles they may be a sign of skin cancer.
Eyebrow Hair Loss: Take a close look at your eyebrows. If it looks like you are missing the outer third, it may be a good idea to have your thyroid checked. Sudden eyebrow hair loss can signal an overactive or underachieve thyroid.
Red Palms or Fingertips: This may be a symptom of dermatitis, eczema or allergic reactions to any substance. This change can also be a sign of liver disease.
Nail Abnormalities: Nails can reveal a lot about the condition of your body in general. If you notice abnormalities such as change in color or texture, consult a doctor.
Slapped/Red Cheeks: These may be induced by hormonal changes, changes in the temperature and consuming chili food – all of which are harmless. However, red cheeks may also indicate rosacea – a condition often treated  successfully using Nutrition Response Testing.
