Protect your family and yourself this season without using drugs or vaccinations
- Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods. Sugar suppresses your immune system! To fight off viruses and other illnesses you must have a strong immune system.
- Be Sure You Get Enough Sleep. It is much more difficult to fight the flu when your body is not well rested.
- Exercise. It is a great way to deal with your stress while enhancing your circulation! Better circulation gives your immune system more tools to fight an illness before it spreads.
