Think Twice About That Flu Shot!

Protect your family and yourself this season without using drugs or vaccinations


  • Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods. Sugar suppresses your immune system!  To fight off viruses and other illnesses you must have a strong immune system.
  • Be Sure You Get Enough Sleep.  It is much more difficult to fight the flu when your body is not well rested.
  • Exercise.  It is a great way to deal with your stress while enhancing your circulation!  Better circulation gives your immune system more tools to fight an illness before it spreads.
  • Support Your Immune System. Taking 1 or 2 Immuplex® per day will affect multiple systems to support your immune response function.
  • Take a good source of omega-3 fats.  Increase your intake of essential fats like omega-3 which are important in maintaining good health.
  • Wash Your Hands. This will lower the spread of a virus.  Hand sanitizers are not a substitute for washing your hands with soap and water!
